Water Filtration plants
The Abdul Aleem Khan Foundation is always at the forefront of serving humanity and making a positive impact on the lives of the underprivileged people of Pakistan. Pure water is said to be the World’s first and foremost medicine and is undoubtedly a great blessing of Allah. Unfortunately, 2/3rd of the Pakistani population does not have access to clean drinking water. As a result, many life-threatening health issues have surfaced due to the use of unsanitary and contaminated water. That is why we have stepped in and launched our project on Water Filtration Plants which became operational on 5th June 2016. The Foundation has worked tirelessly and the efforts are evident as more than seventy filtration plants have been successfully installed in various underdeveloped and surrounding areas of Lahore to date. They can supply an average of 350,000 liters of pure and hygienic water on a daily basis.
