The Abdul Aleem Khan Foundation has accomplished another spectacular feat in the pursuit of serving humanity. The dynamic non-profit organization has provided 14 latest and advanced dialysis machines to the Dialysis Center of Children Hospital Lahore where the underprivileged and deserving children shall receive free and first-class dialysis treatment. 12 of the brand-new dialysis machines are operational, while the other two are reserved.
Mrs. Kiran Abdul Aleem Khan was present to inaugurate the ceremony. Ribbon cutting was held and the Center was decorated with many colorful balloons. Most importantly, everyone came together to pray for the prosperity of the new venture. The CEO of the Abdul Aleem Khan Foundation, Brig. (Retd) Khalid Bashir also graced everyone with his presence.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Children Hospital University, Professor Dr. Masood Sadiq gave a briefing of the project.
Mrs. Abdul Aleem Khan met the children under care in the Center individually and even gave them beautiful gifts and cash as Eidi. The gifts were presented in small, decorative baskets and cash was handed in envelopes. These gestures of kindness put smiles on the faces of the children. Their happiness was certainly a great joy to witness.
Other than that, cash was also awarded as Eidi to all the junior staff of the Nephrology Center and all the employees of the Dialysis Ward. Mrs. Abdul Aleem Khan encouraged all the staff and praised them for all their hard work. We hope and pray that numerous needy children are given the best dialysis treatment possible.
